I come from a long line of teachers (Father was PhD university professor, brother is a Harvard grad who is a univ professor, grandmother was a teacher, etc, etc.) It's in my blood. ha I am an older grad student, having come into grad school with 20 years of work experience out in the world so I have a great deal of knowledge in a wide variety of fields. My broad liberal arts educational background gave me a great start and the knowledge and application of psychology has really helped me to understand people. Many children have different learning styles so I have learned to adjust my teaching style to what the child needs.
